As a fertilizer production machinery manufacturer, users often consult the use of the machine after purchasing equipment from our factory. They have some confusion in operation, especially large equipment such as drum granulator.
Here are six precautions for the operation of drum granulator.
(1) Before starting the power supply of the drum granulator, check the specified voltage and current marked on the motor to confirm whether the input voltage is correct and whether the overload relay is configured.
(2) The raw material does not fully enter the granulator. Air transportation is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the equipment.
(3) The foundation of the drum granulator must be firm, and it is best to work in a vibration free working environment.
(4) Confirm whether the anchor bolts and screws of the rotary granulator are firmly installed.
(5) In case of abnormal phenomena such as startup, temperature rise and shaking, the equipment shall be checked immediately.
(6) Check whether the motor temperature is normal. When the load increases to normal load, check whether the current exceeds the rated current. In case of overload, high horsepower is more appropriate.
