Compost Turner Operation Tips

Scientific and reasonable composting can improve the resistance of organic matter in the fermentation process. With the reproduction of microorganisms and a series of complex biochemical reactions, microorganisms metabolize to produce a large number of substances, such as hormones and antibiotics, Immune substances can promote crop growth, inhibit the spread of soil diseases and improve the ability of disease resistance of crops.

The unfermented organic fertilizer not only lacks the above advantages, but also carries virus and bacteria, which becomes the main source of crop diseases.

Today, Zhengzhou SX compost turner production machinery provides five types of dumpers, simple chute turning machine, hydraulic tank turning machine, double screw stacker, chain dumper, composting and tipping machine, etc., which are used in organic fertilizer production line. Here are the precautions during compost turnover:

1. Ensure the bottom of the fermentation table is ventilated and oxygen supplied;

2. The height of compost covered by compost is 0.8-1.5m, and the width of compost is 1.5-2.0m. The appropriate length depends on the compost amount.

3. If the time of manure is too long or straw is too much, fresh manure should be added to adjust the fermentation;

4. Compost needs to be covered to avoid the surface drying of farmhouse manure can not be fully fermented;

5. It is necessary to adjust the natural fermentation of farm manure for secondary fermentation.

Tips for organic fertilizer raw material processing and fermentation:

(1) Weeds and crop straw fermentation (25 days): use crushed or chopped weeds and crop straws (generally 3-5cm in length), and adjust with 40% manure or biogas; It can also be used to regulate urea (46% nitrogen) or compound fertilizer with equal nitrogen content. The fresh livestock and poultry feces can also be added to adjust according to the weight ratio of 3:1-4:1.

(2) Pure manure fermentation (about 20 days): the weeds can be added to the ground (cut) and the crop straw is fermented. The compost moisture content is about 60%, and the commonly used proportion is 3:14:1 to adjust the fermentation.

(3) Barnyard manure fermentation (about 15 days): expand the strain directly, remove a layer evenly in the circle, stir evenly, pile it on the fermentation platform directly, and repeat the operation. If the water is too large, add appropriate amount of crushed dry auxiliary material to adjust the fermentation. More types of compost turners, go to https://compostturnermachine.com/
