Composting materials in organic fertilizer production

The transportation distance of raw materials for organic fertilizer production in chemical fertilizer plants is generally less than 100 km. There are many ingredients suitable for composting, and different categories can be divided into different types.
According to the amount of organic fertilizer production, composting materials can be divided into main materials and auxiliary materials.

a) Main composting materials. The main raw material is the main raw material of compost production, which usually accounts for 30% - 80% of the material proportion. It is mainly composed of one or several raw materials, such as animal manure, peat sludge, etc.

b) Compost accessories. Supplementary materials are mainly used to adjust the water content, carbon nitrogen ratio, pH value, permeability of some raw materials, which are composed of one or several raw materials. Generally, the proportion of this kind of raw material in the whole material is not more than 40%, and the proportion of single material is not more than 20%. The commonly used auxiliary materials are rice straw powder, rice husk powder, mishaf, wheat bran, cake, mushroom residue, fly ash, Sully, super phosphate and phosphate rock powder.

Composting materials in organic fertilizer production

In the production of organic fertilizer, according to the nature of raw materials, composting raw materials can be divided into carbon raw materials, nitrogen raw materials and conditioning raw materials.

a) Composting carbon materials. It refers to raw materials with high organic carbon content, which can be used as main composting materials, such as rice straw in rice straw composting, but most of them are used as supplementary materials to adjust the water, carbon and nitrogen ratio and improve the permeability of rice straw powder, rice husk powder, rice husk powder, rice husk powder, peat, fly ash and other materials.

b) The nitrogen source of compost. Usually refers to raw materials with carbon and nitrogen values less than 30%. These materials can be used as composting materials, such as livestock manure, sugarcane sludge, etc. There are also some high nitrogen raw materials as supplementary materials to regulate carbon and nitrogen, such as fish meal, meat and bone meal, urea and so on.

c) Comboder conditioner and expander. It mainly refers to the raw material mixture added in compost, such as acid base value, water content, texture, C / N ratio, gasification, etc.
