1. Installation: SX fertilizer manufacturer's series of Pan granulators mainly have the following components:

(1) Main body of disc granulator: the main body includes frame, adjusting part and pelletizing plate structure;

(2) The main oil reducer is equipped with a belt pulley on the input shaft and a pinion on the output shaft.

(3) One main motor, one belt pulley;

(4) It supports the pelletizing plate device, including a main shaft, two sets of roller bearings and two bearing seats;

(5) Accessories: V-belt and ground bolt.

After the customer orders, according to the chemical fertilizer manufacturing process flow chart designed by our factory, lay a good foundation. After solidification, the machine can be installed.

2. Commissioning: before leaving the factory, the pan type fertilizer granulator has been adjusted and passed the strict quality and technical inspection, and has been approved to leave the factory. However, due to on-site maintenance or operation, the equipment still needs to be adjusted.

3. Operators should pay attention to regularly check the components easy to wear in the composition and structure of granulator, and observe whether the wear degree is serious or serious. If it belongs to the latter, it should be replaced immediately to prevent accidents caused by continuous use.

4. During the operation of chemical fertilizer equipment, some newly installed tires are easy to loosen and need to be checked frequently. In addition, once it is found that the temperature of bearing oil rises too fast or the rotating gear has abnormal impact sound, the power shall be stopped immediately, and the causes shall be checked and solved.
