When using the crusher, the following points should be paid attention to:
1. After the equipment is installed and powered on, 3kg grease must be added to the bearing housing.
2. After 72 hours of operation, grease should be added to the bearing housing.
3. When closing, the machine can be shut down after the internal materials are discharged.
4. In case of sudden power failure, it is too late for the fertilizer production line to process the surplus materials. When there is residual material in the machine, you need to manually move the triangle belt to remove the material.
5. If there is too much debris discharge, please open the screws on both sides of the machine, and then observe whether the blade is worn into arc. If the wear is a circular arc, the pin can be pulled out and the bit will continue to be used. If the wear is very serious, replace the bit with a new one.
