Technological process of fertilizer manufacturing

1) Fermentation diverter

2) Forklift. The fermented organic fertilizer is transferred to the semi-finished product stacking area by forklift truck, and the fermented organic fertilizer thrown out by rotary table machine every day is treated.

3) Drum projector. Fermented organic fertilizer will be screened, and large and large pieces of fertilizer will be separated for further crushing and packaging.

4) Crusher. The large fragments and stones in the selected organic fertilizer are separated and crushed, which is very beautiful and can ensure the product quality.

7) Dryer, cooler. Dry and cool the particles.

8) Granular fertilizer packaging machine. Granular fertilizer granules are packaged directly and then sold.
