How to compost with fertilizer machine?

As an important mechanical equipment in the fermentation process of biological fertilizer project, the dumper needs more attention in the use process in order to be better used and bring higher income.

1. Check whether the oil circuit system and smooth system of the dumper are unblocked. If it is not unblocked, immediately notify the maintenance personnel for maintenance.

2. Check whether the amount of oil in the upender oil tank is satisfactory. If not, add enough. Check whether the hydraulic system leaks;

3. Before starting the stacker, carefully check whether the organization of each part is intact and whether the positioning of each transmission handle and shift handle is accurate and inaccurate. You should also carefully maintain the smooth operation of the machine as required.

4. Operators must be present before going to work.

5. Before starting the stacker, the rolling part of mechanical energy shall be rolled. Investigate whether the machine has abnormal rolling, and notify the maintenance personnel to repair in time.

6. When starting the stacker, first turn on the power switch to energize the machine, and then turn on the switch of electric oil pump and each motor for trial operation. After the operation of the rail changer stops, operate on the upper rack.

7. During the operation of the dumper, if abnormal conditions such as spindle vibration, loud noise, or high pressure and high temperature exceeding 65 ° C are found, it shall be handled and checked with the technician immediately;

8. Except for the maintenance and repair carried out by relevant personnel during the operation of the dump machine, other personnel shall stop the machine.

9. If there is a problem with the dumper, immediately inform relevant personnel to find out the cause and eliminate the problem. It is not allowed to deal with it without authorization. It is forbidden to operate the equipment with disease.

10. After the operation of the upender, turn off the fan and let the drum run for 2-3 minutes. Desilting can be carried out before shutdown. After that, the tipper shall be cleaned, ironed and dedusted, oiled smoothly, and the power supply shall be blocked.

Biofertilizer Granulator Selection Tips

Biological fertilizer production is a new design of fertilizer manufacturing process. Compared with organic fertilizer manufacturing process, the production method is easy to be adopted. But how to choose fertilizer granulator technology to make biological fertilizer granulator is a factor problem.

Biological fertilizer granulator is also a kind of organic fertilizer granulator. The fertilizer granulator used in biological fertilizer production line is the same as that used in organic fertilizer production. The production technology of biological fertilizer granulator can be divided into various types according to different types of fertilizer granulators.

In terms of press, there are two types of commonly used technology of biological fertilizer granulator, namely disc granulator and roller granulator, which mainly depends on fertilizer granulator. Due to different granulation methods, the requirements of raw materials are different, and the production process of bio organic fertilizer is also different.

Pan Granulation Process: Pan mixing granulation process is relatively simple. After the raw material is dried, a certain amount of water is removed (after drying, the raw material is disinfected), crushed, and then a certain amount of acid and alkali is added. After adjusting the carrier, it is evenly mixed with the inorganic fertilizer part and sent to the disc granulator. In the process of granulation, a certain amount of microbial agent is sprayed, and the granulation product is dried at low temperature, and the finished product can be obtained after slicing.

After mixing and granulation: the raw material is dried to less than 10%, then crushed by fertilizer crusher, and mixed with acid-base regulator, inorganic fertilizer and microorganism, and then sent to roller granulator as fertilizer granulator. A fertilizer screening machine is used to separate the high-quality fertilizer granulator from the high-quality fertilizer granulator.

Production technology of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer with hexutanoic acid

Organic inorganic compound fertilizer is a kind of compound fertilizer produced by the process flow of organic fertilizer and NPK fertilizer, which is mainly composed of organic matter and inorganic fertilizer. Blood acid is the main organic matter in organic-inorganic compound fertilizer with body acid. Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other substances are added in the mechanical processing. This kind of compound fertilizer has higher nutrient utilization rate and has effect on soil fertilization.

Blood acid is a macromolecular compound formed by the decomposition of dead animals and plants by microorganisms and chemical reactions. It widely exists in peat soil, peat and lignite. Blood acid contains a variety of active groups, which has the characteristics of acidity, hydrophilicity, cation exchange and physiological activity. Blood acid can stimulate the root growth of crops, make the root system develop, absorb nutrients, and make the plant grow and resist stress. Blood acid contains carbon, nitrogen, sulfur and other important elements needed by crops, which can be used to process and produce corresponding organic fertilizer. Lactic acid, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizers containing multiple nutrients can be produced by adding nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium to processing materials containing body acid, such as peat soil. Blood acid organic-inorganic compound fertilizer can absorb nutrients which can not be directly absorbed by crops. After biotransformation, nutrients are rapidly provided and absorbed by crops.

Raw material treatment of organic fertilizer

The raw materials (such as peat, peat soil, brown sugar pond mud, etc.) are mixed with livestock manure, added with 15% ammonia water and fermentation bacteria, mixed and put into the fermentation tank, which is turned over by the composting machine during the fermentation process. After fermentation, lactic acid organic raw materials were obtained.

Comminution and mixing: fermentation compost and inorganic fertilizer are crushed. A mixture of organic, inorganic and other nutrients.

Drying and cooling: the particles formed by the granulator enter the dryer. Blood acid organic fertilizer granules were dried to 10-20% moisture content. The dried particles are then sent to the cooler and cooled to normal temperature.
Screening: screening machine screen out inappropriate particles, qualified particles into the coating process.

Coating: the coating machine uses organic vegetable oil as coating material to coat acid compound fertilizer particles.
Packaging: finished products and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer can be directly packaged and stored.
