1. Keep the workplace clean. After each use, the residual material inside and outside the granulator shall be thoroughly removed and the exposed machine cleaned. It is better to cover the outdoor machine with protective cover to prevent the secondary invasion of dust.

2. The gears and worm gears of the granulator are lubricated with special grease. Add grease once at a time and frequently drop oil between sliding surfaces of hinge joint between supporting gearbox and bracket. The gearbox should be thoroughly cleaned and all protective lubricants should be replaced annually after use.

3. Pay attention to the operation of fertilizer granulator. In case of serious abnormal noise, drying sound and metal friction sound, please stop using immediately and check after troubleshooting.

4. If it fails to work, check whether the power supply voltage, power plug and socket, connecting plug and socket are normal, and check the internal fault of the controller.

2. 2.2. The mixing raw materials are stacked into straw curtains with width of 1.5-2 meters and height of 0.3-0.4 meters, covered with aerobic fermentation. Generally speaking, the temperature rises to 50 ° C in 24 hours and 60-70 ° C in 48 hours. In the fermentation process, high temperature can kill all pathogenic bacteria, eggs, grass seeds, etc. According to composting experiments, composting usually takes 6-15 days in spring, summer and autumn, and longer in winter.
