Regularly check the heating and cooling system of the cylinder to ensure that the material is heated evenly and fully melted. If the power curve and melt pressure curve of main motor increase at the start-up of extruder, it means that the feeding quantity of the feeding system is too large in a moment, and the feeding quantity should be reduced.
